• Consultation Notes: Notes taken during consultations for the purpose of preparing your written report.
• Space Information (Feng Shui only): Floor plans, photographs, and spatial descriptions of your property.

2. How We Protect Your Data

• All birth data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256 encryption.
• Consultation notes are stored in an access-controlled, encrypted system.
• Detailed consultation records are automatically purged after 90 days from the date of report delivery.
• Only Master Lv has access to consultation data. No employees, contractors, or third parties have access.

3. What We Do NOT Do

• We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party — ever.
• We do NOT use your data for marketing purposes beyond the services you have explicitly requested.
• We do NOT publish, reference, or discuss your case in any public context.
• We do NOT use tracking cookies, ad networks, or third-party analytics tools that share data with advertisers.

4. Email Communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter or download our free report, you will receive periodic emails from Master Lv. These emails may include educational content about Chinese Metaphysics, monthly energy briefings, and service updates.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email. Unsubscribing is immediate and irreversible.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe). We do not store your credit card information. All payment data is handled in compliance with PCI-DSS standards through our payment processor.

• Birth data & consultation notes: Automatically purged 90 days after report delivery.

Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Sensitive consultation data is stored using AES-256 encryption with access limited to Master Lv personally. We conduct regular security reviews of our data handling practices.

9. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate our business:

• Shopify: E-commerce platform (stores transaction data only)
• Klaviyo: Email delivery service (stores email address and name only)
• Stripe: Payment processing (stores payment data, not shared with us)

No third-party service has access to your birth data or consultation content.
